had a great stay at pan pacific! huge and spacious room with a nice view. we loved the fully equipped kitchen, super handy, and the birthday surprise for my husband was sweet! the comfy bed made mornings tough, we didn't wanna get out! would definitely come back again!
Housekeeping could've been better, they forgot some towels. and the air conditioning was a bit off sometimes.

Amazing stay with thoughtful touches
I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The two-bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. I really appreciated the modern kitchen amenities, especially the washing machine, which came in handy during our travels. the little gesture of providing a chocolate cake for our anniversary was a lovely surprise! I think the hotel could improve on promptly addressing room maintenance issues.

Some tiles in the shower could use a thorough cleaning!!! The drying sensor on the washer/dryer is frustrating and really needs fixing!!! Floor laminate unevenness can pose a tripping hazard!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The One Bedroom Suite was spacious and well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a washing machine. The housekeeping service was excellent, making me feel at home with a friendly atmosphere throughout my visit.

The suite was spacious and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen amenities provided convenience for family meals and snacks, adding comfort to our stay. The city view from our room was truly breathtaking and enhanced our experience.
Getting in and out of the area was challenging due to heavy traffic on the main road.

The property itself is stunning with a beautiful rooftop pool and lounge facilities. The One Bedroom Suite was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the city view from our room, which added to the overall experience.
